Founder & Owner
Deandra Dixon, the founder and owner of Medi Rides & Transport Services LLC, brings over 20 years of commercial and professional driving experience to the company. She has an associate’s degree in Medical Office Administration and has previously served as an instructor in the EXIT Program within the North Carolina Corrections System, where she helped support inmates transitioning back into society.
Additionally, Deandra dedicated 8 years to the United States Postal Service, where she developed a strong understanding of logistics, punctuality, and dependable service—skills that now play an important role in ensuring every ride is safe, timely, and professionally managed.
Through her combined experience in transportation, public service, and healthcare administration, Deandra founded Medi Rides & Transport Services with a commitment to helping individuals access the care they need. Her mission is to provide reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused transportation services that prioritize safety, dignity, and comfort for every passenger.
